Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full-Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable APIs, working with databases, integrating frontend frameworks, and deploying production-ready applications. You will play a key role in architecture decisions and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as django, django REST framework, flask, fastAPI.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance and database queries.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Frontend Development
  • Develop responsive UI using React.js / Vue.js / Angular (any modern JS framework).
  • Ensure seamless API integration between frontend and backend.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Database & Architecture
  • Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) is a plus.
  • Implement clean architecture and scalable code structure.
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
DevOps & Deployment
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).
  • Deployment and server management knowledge is an advantage.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and clients.
  • Participate in sprint planning and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Experience in Agile development environments

Whether you have 6 months of experience or up to 5 years of professional industry experience, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and take ownership. As a React Developer at Absolute App Labs, you’ll work on real-world projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building seamless, scalable, and high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing web interfaces using React.js.
  • Convert UI/UX wireframes into clean, efficient, and reusable front-end code.
  • Work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Write maintainable and scalable code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, suggest improvements, and contribute to team standards.
  • Stay updated with modern JavaScript, React best practices, tools, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Strong understanding of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Knowledge of React concepts: components, hooks, state, props, routing, lifecycle, etc.
  • Basic to strong understanding of REST APIs and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git or any version-control system.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and reusable code.
  • Good problem-solving ability and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative startup environment.
  • Freshers Must have completed at least 1 react certification course
