The middleware pulls patient records from LACRM every day, processes and formats the reports, and delivers them based on the user’s requirements. This completely removes the manual effort from the workflow.
A custom Node.js interface gives unlimited internal users secure access to real-time, product-specific reports, allowing the team to make quick and informed decisions without requiring CRM access.
Reports that once required manual setup and formatting now generate automatically in under a minute through a well-optimized pipeline powered by Snowflake and dbt.
All reports are securely archived on-premise for up to two years, supporting audit compliance and the internal review process.
