About the Role:

Absolute AppLabs is on the lookout for a passionate Email Marketing Automation Expert with 1–3 years of hands-on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing digital marketing team and work on innovative campaigns that make an impact. You’ll play a key role in creating, executing, and optimizing targeted email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Objectives:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic email campaigns.
  • Segment audiences effectively for personalized communication.
  • Ensure database hygiene and compliance with email marketing standards.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using data and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that reflect brand tone.
  • Work with designers to build visually engaging and responsive email templates.
  • Segment email lists based on user activity, interests, or demographics.
  • Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, trends, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital communication.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
