Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to align solutions with client requirements
  • Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and pipeline progress
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT or digital services)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
